Flight Express Questions?
If there are any Flight Express Pilots out there,..would
really appreciate any info-
1. When starting out in the 210's are your schedules mostly
nights or days?
2. For the pilots stationed in Midwest, how much (night IMC)
do they really fly in? I'm assuming a good amount,..but not sure.
Also, if you were going to start their Ground school in 2 weeks, would
you shoot approaches in a Frasca or a Cessna with the foggles on?
3. And one more, Florida stations are popular choices for the senior
pilots right? Thanks a bunch, any info would be greatly appreciated

Might try the Part 135 section below...I know I've seen a few Flight Express topics out there.

During my time there I didn't fly the Midwest but from what I hear there is a lot of IMC up there as well as some great icing experience. I'd say about 80% of the flying was from the later afternoon till around 1-3am. Ground is 2 weeks then it's all done in the airplane. The sim was only used for the interview and if you really sucked on NDB work. Florida isn't as senior as you think. From what I hear from friends they are short and there is probably a good chance of getting a TPA base being that is where most of the FL runs are. It was fun flying. Well respected and great stories to tell later on in the career.

Just looked at the APC profile for Flight Express. According to the profile page they have 39 pilots and 80ish aircraft. True story? If so, how? Thanks.
