Wiggins Air

Got a phone call from them for a C208 position from EWR to BOS. There is not a lot of company info or interview gouge on here for Wiggins. I'll post as I go to get some out there. In the meantime, does anyone have some info: phone interview, training, etc?

I received my first call on Thur. 5/16 from the Director of Administration. I had applied for the BE-99 position. The conversation seemed to go well & the conclusion was to set up a phone interview for Mon. 5/20 with some of the decision makers. If that goes well, he said they would fly me to MHT for the next phase.
From your other postings, it appears that you already had your Wiggins phone interview. Would you care to share your feedback?

Phone interview went well. It was with the ops director and chief.
Why Wiggins?
How did you hear about Wiggins?
What do you know about Wiggins?
Starting with your current/last position tell me about your employment history.
Each position:
What did you like?
What did you dislike?
Why did you leave?
(We spent a lot of time on this subject.)
Any accidents or incidents? (I have one from windshear.). What did you learn?
How would you make Newark work on such and such salary?
Why Newark with Wiggins?
Why the 208?
What type of icing experience do you have?
What type of turbine experience?
Why so low on the actual instrument? (I have 3500+ hours but only 150 instrument. Did a lot of flying in Colorado where it is VMC 300 days a year.)
What are your goals with Wiggins?
Then they told me a lot about the company, pay, benefits, and the route/equipment.
Asked me how I'd like to get told Manachester and that they would give me a call in a couple of weeks but to check in with them every few days if I've changed my mind or found something.

Had an orientation witty Amtrak in DC last Monday. Went well. Basically a this is what your job will be, your salary, and benefits. Then the first of many apptitude tests. Waiting to hearing back from Norfolk Southern. I'm in a pool for 7 locations. I'm also in the running for CSX. That seems to have been my best run with the railroads.
It's kind of bitter sweet. I'd love to stay in aviation but I have mouths to feed. As long as I can stay in transportation I'll be happy.

MusDg,
Phone interview with Dir. Of Administration & C.P.
My questions were mostly different from yours, probably because of my background. The questions appeared to be derived from my resume’ & application, not from a script.
1. Considering your background, why would you want to fly a Beech 99 carrying cargo?
2. Numerous questions about prior work history & reasons for leaving.
3. Questions on recency of single pilot IFR experience.
4. Discussion about my goals within the company, if I were hired.
No questions for me on accidents/incidents, icing, or turbine experience.
I was told that there are other candidates under consideration & a phone interview will be done with them also. Director said he would call me later in the week to inform me if I was still being considered.
