Sounds like not the place for anyone who knows it is a brute labor task, not a pilot task. The pilot should be thinking about flight planning and other safety and efficiency-related tasks, which is exactly why other companies do not require they load the plane so they can save $2. Thanks for the info.

FedEx wasn't an entry level job before, but it is now. The industry in overwhelmingly short of pilots in the cargo feeder industry. Due to this, things will be improving for the pilots in the near future. The recent posts are for EMB110 positions in Buffalo and Plattsburgh. The PBG run is likely to Syracuse and Potsdam, the Buffalo based pilot is likely to fly to Plattsburgh everyday. UPS routes.
