I submitted an application in December and followed it up with an email a few days later. Haven't heard anything back, I may have to follow up again soon

I haven’t heard anything out of them either. Can’t find anything on when the next ground school is.

I just got hired for the February class. Does anyone have any insight on what a normal day is like at Grant?

(In Bethel) Leave house in company van at 7:15, pilot meeting at 07:30, preflight, warmup/run up, help load plane, first flights start leaving at 8:15-9:00. Then you’ll usually have a midday flight and a later afternoon flight. Usually done flying between 18:30 and 20:00. Take company van back to the house with your comrades for a repeat the next day. Wx will throw curveballs, it’s dynamic, things change at the last minute. Be flexible. Have fun.
