Two year contract. Short pilots right now. A lot of changes in the training department. Apparently they're adding MKL (Jackson, TN) now along with the recently started service to Fort Dodge and Mason City. I will say this, I got the time I needed to get to the airlines through ACO and if that's what you want, sign your name on the dotted line. There's a $5 burger on Wednesday nights waiting for you in Burlington, IA.

Yep, what BeechedJet said. They have a new CP who is pretty cool and the training department is getting revamped. They start MKL this summer from the looks of it.
You can definitely rack up the flight hours there.

Shane has promised several pilots an ORD base, but as of yet there is not one. None of the trips start or end there, so it really doesn't make sense to base crews there.
That being said, if you promise to spend your career here and want to be a lead pilot you could probably get an ORD base. I know some of the lead pilots have done that, but I don't think its working out as well as they hoped.
With Shane, take everything you're told with a grain of salt.
