I would try again, I got a call today. Doesn't sound like a bad gig at all, but I couldn't do the 14 days straight on the road right now. I'm 121 now so the schedule isn't terrible but just looking in the PHX area to get away from the commute.

Aerojet requires you to take out a loan for your training every six months. Aerojet cosigns the loan, and pays it off monthly. If you leave before it's paid off, you're stuck with the loan. If you upgrade to a new aircraft while you're paying off your existing initial or recurrent, then you take out a loan for that, too...and if you leave you're on the hook for both. Something you should be aware of.

Jobs are typically advertised on the Orange site... 8/6 schedule (short CAs so more like 10/5 for them). Any other questions feel free to ask.

In regards to what JohnBurke said about the loan, they stopped doing that a few months ago. It is now a 12 month pro-rated contract, training with Flight Safety. On your anniversary, if you agree to stay another year there's a bonus. Also, CA and FO bonuses for pilots who fly the most hours every month. Couple other small perks. Management is really trying to retain pilots and improve QOL since losing many this past summer/fall.
