Default Time Building in Illinois (Chicagoland)

I am looking to build 400-500 hours of flight time quickly. At this point, I do not have access to an aircraft, but I am hoping someone in the Chicagoland area does. I am close to DPA, ARR, LOT, or JOT. Send me a PM if you are interested in splitting the cost to time build. Thanks!

Have you looked at skydiving in the area?

I know there is a huge skydiving operation out of https://skydivechicago.com/aircraft/

Thanks for the info. I have a pretty good flying job in the area right now. I'm just looking to fly on my days off. I actually found access to a plane that would be roughly $40 wet per person if anyone is interested in splitting time.

I dont mean to hijack your thread but I’m also in the Chicagoland area and just got my commercial AMEL. I’m looking to build some multi pic time so I can add an MEI to my cert. If anybody knows anybody that needs a safety pilot or has access to a plane that wants to split time then please reach out. Thanks!

Hi,

I may be interested and in the same local you are. Are you a CFI? I have access to (2) planes around this price but larger and faster. I'm a newbie and this is my first reply so not sure how to communicate on a PM etc.

Just sent you a PM. Check the top right corner of the screen and you should be able to access it. Thanks!
