Hey guys,
Im a young determined pilot. I have around 330 hours.
I have a first class medical as well as my Commercial / multi / instrument. I’m having quite a hard time finding any jobs. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I was in your shoes the last few months. Started applying at 275 hours. Go a lot of no's and several interviews that eventually led to nothing. So I got my CFI. I will not be the only one to say it, but it truly is the best option.

Unless you know someone who wouldn’t mind taking an extremely low time pilot or nab up a survey posistion you are going to need at least 500 hours to be moderately competitive. As mentioned above CFI is probably going to be your best bet. Good luck

I believe all the survey operators start hiring late summer / early fall for their contracts. I'd start researching that direction, there are a lot of operators, but you need to do your due diligence. I had 240 hours when I got hired to fly survey 5 years ago, currently a regional FO now. It's doable, but be prepared to do the research and legwork necessary to get your resume in front of the right people. Good luck!
