I'm a current ATP student and while you will receive just enough training to qualify for the Check ride none of the check ride costs are figured into the program cost. You will also have to use one of their examiners that they have a set fee for. Here on the west coast most rides are $600. CFI rides are $900...it's all self study as well and they will not do ground school with you. If you do not know how to study very well I suggest another route. Also you will not finish on time. I am in the 90 day program and it took 30 days just to finish instrument and I'm currently on day (110) because they cannot get people check rides or they are backed up.
