Don't let Zika detour you. Notice how you don't hear anything about it anymore? Ameriflight has some open positions as well out of Aguadilla.

No detour, I'm moving there in a few weeks and hopefully starting my training last week of April.

I've applied many times to Ameriflight but they won't call me for some reason.

Hey Javichu, I'm glad you found something. Let us know how it turns out. (And let me know if they need any more pilots...)

Congrats with Air Flamenco. I'll be flying on Flamenco this Friday to Culebra. Those islanders look like fun.

Thanks PT6, it was about time to be given an opportunity.

As soon as I start and I hear they need pilots, I'll remember my unemployed virtual buddies in APC haha, for sure!.

Spent the weekend on Culebra Island. Air Flamenco both ways. You're going to love that approach into Culebra!

Javichu,

Did you go down to SJ and interview with Air Flamenco and get a job offer? That's awesome. Will they have more openings? What were they looking for? Pay? Was the CP willing to talk and interview if you show up.? I'm in the same boat, 530 TT, Comm-ASEL,AMEL, instrument.. Scheduled a phone interview with BA and they never called, probably heading to AK, but now with Yute shutting down, maybe a little bit of glut of pilots up there? Who knows?
