Default Does piedmont offer tuition reimbursement?

I am trying to plan out my life for the next 5 years. I am looking to work for Piedmont in Philadelphia once my flight training is complete.

One of my goals is to get a masters degree which I would try to do online while working at the regionals. Would piedmont pay for this?

Yes they will pay for it.

You just have to sign up for the "75 hour" guarantee program where you work for us and you get a "paycheck";then you transfer said monies to the online university of your choice in exchange for credits.

Easy peezy.

Lots of employers are willing to pay for advanced education for their employees.

Not in aviation. Or at least, not as a pilot.

Right there is only military rotary program, cfi cadet program, avid off your as employee not as a pilot they will pay for you to get some training or min flight hours.

There is no advanced college degree program, but if you want to do something different than be a pilot I would get that degree.

We do offer some discounted tuition at your typical online schools though. That's about all.

I know of one corporate flight department that will. They hire once a decade though lol and never advertise for the position.
