Maybe they’re just interested in collecting an extra paycheck while home working their current job. Double dipping.

If you are in the last 6 months of your 2 years, will the company chase the pro rated amount? Can they screw you legally for that?

Yes and no.. promissory notes have been upheld and dismissed in several states.

Basically it's very costly for a company to go to court and found out.. i assume Maryland law would govern. And at the end of the day if your found liable you may owe legal fees...

Than again pdt has so many problems going after someone for money should be the last thing on their mind.

For those who are interested, after just speaking to Sheppard Air they informed me that there's miscommunication going on and that the official database to study from is the AIP course (airline interview prep) not the ATP. I cannot confirm if this is correct or not since I haven't taken the test yet, if anybody would like to fill me in on that I'd appreciate it.

Flow, PHL, and from what hear people still hate PSA and they are looked down on in the industry because of the stunt they pulled a few years back. Also I am already typed in the 170 so it'd be an easy transition.

convince me why PSA is better..i honestly don't know anyone there so ill admit my judgements about them are strictly from people who talk about it, not first hand experience from personal friends.
