I’ve heard many different things about all 3. Personally, I would make my decision based on whether or not I’d have to commute. If you don’t need a “true” flow because of too many failures, a dui, lack of a college degree or the like, I would consider all options without a commute. The flow at all 3 is probably a minimum of 5 years. I was at Piedmont for 3 years and enjoyed it quite a bit. That being said, I hit it a a good time and never sat reserve. PSA has a long reserve for new hires, but they credit quite a lot more than the 12-16 hours for 3-4 day trips with Piedmont. And if you’re looking to upgrade quickly, the actual flying time for Piedmont might only be 9 to 12 hours for 3-4 day trip..

Been at Piedmont for over 3 years. The company has treated me very well and I cannot complain about much. I am a commuter, the 4 on 2 off schedule can be rough but overall it’s a good place to be. Quick upgrades and quick career progression still apply at piedmont.

yes...the regionals are garbage. no doubt. we all have the same goal, get out as quickly as possible.
but i have talked to others at other airlines, told them about my 4/2 and occasional 4/3 (ONCE..have had 5 days off in a row here...pretty sure that was a fluke) and they can't believe it. I'm talking specifically endeavor...they're treated better, have better schedules and have the same career progression as you would at PDT. Some folks are able to put up with it here, but if you have the chance not to come here...i'd entertain other than AA WO'd carriers. *shrugs* just my opinion. if we're lucky enough JP will chime in with his experience here and can tell us how life has been for him at PDT.
