It’s not going away, but it won’t be the SAP we see today
I’ve heard the company is wanting to put restrictions on it like.... can’t SAP off holidays and it’ll be more dependent on the reserve grid. If that comes true it’ll be no different than any other airline. Other places might not have SAP but they still allow you to trade your trips if the reserve grid allows it.
Keeping my fingers crossed the Union doesn’t give up another item for nothing. Here’s their chance to win the pilot group back.

Juniors are getting assigned PHL. CLT is several months at a minimum but probably longer now that the last new hire class for proabbly most if not all the rest of the year was July 1, and attrition has slowed to almost a halt.
