No idea. Besides, it’s irrelevant. If you come here now after reading the last 5-10 pages in the other forum I don’t think you have the critical thinking/reasoning that makes a good pilot. Stay far away or be prepared to be question hard when you hit the line about how you’re a pilot and yet still came to Piedmont during this awful state we’re in.

Recruiters' focus is on hiring FOs this month - but cadet program will be rolled out soon - something like $7500 signing bonus, $5000 to build time and then another signing bonus when you become an FO. The cadets we had during COVID did a great job during training. Very professional, very prepared.

All they have to do is fly the plane like they're trained, and boom, you're a pilot at AA. Pretty freaking awesome. Looking forward to seeing all the fresh new hires that are joining the PDT team.
The Cadets are sharp. Keep em' coming.

The Cadet program truly sets AA and PDT apart from the rest of the herd. From day one of Indoc, PDT pilots have a guaranteed class date at AA mainline.

Just stop. You’re not helping to make PDT better. You’re nothing more than a keyboard warrior like good ole JetpropJohhny. You think you’re funny and cute but really it’s just sad.
