Any news on Piedmont running classes this fall? (I searched other threads, no luck.)
I know it's almost stupid of me to ask, but a group of us (applicants) had gotten a hopeful e-mail from BT about being offered a possible interview this fall. Either way, first thing's first...give those poolies a class!
I did get a hopeful note from a Piedmont FO, friend of mine. I don't like spreading rumors though, and honestly....with the way things are right now, I won't believe something until I see it.

There is a rumor going on that they will hire...That is false. Got an email this morning saying the pool is full (about 30+ppl). There might be a small class in sept (about6-8). They might have an additional class if they get more airplanes (prob unlikely).

I recieved the same e-mail, so I confirm this statement. The previous e-mail we recieved in June indicated that they want to increase our 3rd & 4th quarter flying; and at that time they were optomistic that we will start classes in September, so hopefully there will be several classes come September.

I was hired April 3rd; and they gave me their earliest class date of June 16th, which was the first one to be cancelled I believe. So, I hope I am near the top of the pool!!
