Piedmonts offerings look pretty good, however every single base they have is a two legged commute. QOL is not there for commuters!

Its vacation days not PTO. We have trip touching so those 5 days can really get you 17-21 total days off in a month if you do it right. That is the equivalent of 1-1.5 months off in the second year. Sick time is about 4 hrs per month accrual. Disability, life, etc through the union. It doesn't suck lol.
