I'm not trying to justify anything, brightspark. YOU asked the question. YOU applied to the airline. I'm not the airline. You didn't apply to me. I"m justifying nothing.

You're welcome to refuse to provide information that's asked. The airline is welcome to find someone else.

Someone whining about the legality of an application is going to be a real catch once hired. You'll make an outstanding contribution. From California, perhaps? First three words out of your mouth, when the wind blows, are "somebody call a lawyer?"

You understand that the airline is not obligated to hire you, right?
