Working out/lifting during training?
Did anyone have time or find time to lift during training for an airline? Ive heard people talk about how intense it was they had no time to work out/train. Even if it was a few push ups/pull ups in your room. Anyone is better then nothing. Thoughts?

I always found time to work out...it actually helps to clear your head, and contributes to your chances of success in training. What you don't have time to do is screw off a lot.

I'd agree with all the above. Besides the health benefits, it's a great way to relieve stress and relax. Although if it's your first airline training course, you can feel overwhelmed time wise. So it's often times more a time management discipline than anything else. Also, diet can be a bear depending on where the training is taking place, what kind of transportation you have, if there's an accessible grocery store, a fridge/microwave at your disposal, etc.
Especially if guys wanna eat or do group study right after class and you want to work out right away, etc. But if you're a real hard charging go getter, you can always do it first thing in the morning. Usually the fitness center in the gym isn't as crowded as well, usually.
Edited to add;
Depending on how your airline structures it's training, by the time you hit FTDs/Sims it gets a little easier. Especially if your oral/verbal exam is done already and you don't have to worry so much anymore about academic/classroom work and can simply concentrate on the flying portion. Usually a 8 hour FTD/SIM block doesn't quite go that long.

Resistance band + hotel workout room + pool can make a respectable workout! And the band takes up quite a bit less room than trying to take that Iron gym apart and fit it in your bag, plus there are hundreds of exercises online for any muscle group.
