Mostly grilled chicken, and some rice, Protein powder, veggies. Mostly high protein and low carbs diet. This is what I pack just about every week, and I can get by for 3 days. As far as working out, most hotels has free weights. It's not as good as what I have at home but you can make it work. You can even do stuff in your room like push ups and so on.
