Eating healthy on the road...?
I am a coast to coast commuter and recently bought a lunch bag. I have explored different ideas in terms of what to pack and what not to pack in there but I am sure there are more experienced people than I on this department.
Currently I pack:
- can of tuna
- Different kinds of breakfast bars (Lara bar , etc.)
- Smoked salmon pack
- Some Nutirsystem meals that I 'borrow' from wife
- Trail mix.
I experimented with freezing food like pizza or foccaccia bread but they get bad pretty fast, even with a freeze pack inside of the cooler.
Any more ideas?

I don't have any good ideas beyond what you've posted, but also am interested in others input - particularly on how to eat healthy on extended international trips.
PS - The Nutrisystem "Flat Bread Pizza" Works very well in the aircraft convection ovens, just bring a square of foil to put on the oven glide and bake at high temp (220C IIRC on my a/c) for around 5 minutes.
