I think so.
I'm going to put in my bid preferences "avoid legs over 6 hours (buffer), avoid circadian disruption, avoid overnights more than 1 hour outside anchor time zone, avoid flying past 21:00 anchor time zone, avoid report times before 6am anchor time zone", etc.
Should help me live longer.

The software will probably kick the other bid out/"does not compute style" with all the narrow criteria.

Actually if you go by what that article says. The majority of first world is going to die by the end of next week.

None of it is true.
I highly suggest that pilots senior to me enjoy the medical benefits of sitting still.
BTW, ain't nothing to sit in the cockpit with your bunda in the seat for 10-12 hours on a domesticated jet on a typical day. I sat a lot less on the 767.

If you want to avoid CAD, don't eat carbs. Then you can sit for however long you please.
