$38.88x75= $2,916.00
$42x30= $1,260.00

So, training pay is $4,176 for a month. You get this in addition to any new hire bonuses.

Again, there is no training contract.
If there is no contract how do you get bonus?

On your paycheck :-) You sign a promissory note stating bonus has to be paid back if you leave (full amount <1 year and prorated after up to 2 years) so not training contract but promissory note...

Default non rev flight privileges

For a new hire, does anyone know how soon non rev flight privileges begin. Ex. Do parental privileges begin the first day of indoc? Thank you.

Two questions about critical days.

1. Do you have to pick the trip up after the day goes critical for you to receive critical pay?

2. If on the far right side of the reserve grid it says "critical status" even though the day isn't red anymore, do you still get critical pay if you pick something up?

As long as a given day was a day off on your final award, it doesn't matter when you picked it up. Before or after it went critical, it's still makes the trip touching that day critical.

Once a day has gone critical, they can't rescind it.

Awesome! Thank you so much for the help. And the critical status on the right does mean that that day is critical, correct?
