Default PSA President Needs to be Fired!

Over 800 flights cancelled, 1000's of customers flights cancelled and employees asked to go above and beyond to save the day (again and again). Meanwhile Flannery who is responsible for this mess as a result of failures in key operating systems must go! Don't think for a min that a pilot would not get whacked if he/she was responsible for the cancellation of 1 or 2 flights as a result of "poor performance". Strong rumors coming from DFW that he is a dead man walking. We will see, maybe they will give him a bonus for leadership durning self inflicted system failure. Time will tell

Your tirade is very misdirected.... DF, along with the presidents of the other two WOs, are most likely just mere figureheads, with Dallas being the string pullers. While it is very likely that someone in a very high position will be without a job after this all settles, to put the blame on any one person is way out of place. When we live in a world that relies so much on technology for day to day operations, this kind of situation is bound to rear its ugly head.... it's happened to both Southwest and Delta both this year already.

Does FlyBoy69 work at PSA? Or are they just trolling?

Obviously doesn't read Union emails -

talking about the company on social media is grounds for termination apparently...

At worst, will be asked to "retire" with a generous going away package.

Not even sure OP is a pilot. If he is, he clearly doesn’t understand the dynamic of being a WO carrier. It’s Dallas’s decision to use independent systems for their WO’s. This is a Dallas problem, not a Dayton problem.

AND, having worked in corporate America, I can tell you whoever is at “fault” will be promoted (lol).

While I respect your words, I have to disagree. He is commander in chief. When a ship hits ground, I can tell you for certain Navy relieves the capt of the ship. He ran it to ground. Poor leadership. 2000 flights cancelled, unacceptable.

I have flown the line for many years. I have to say I am just tired of leadership that is above us all how pull the line over and over. Normally I would not talk to this, but come on, 2000 flights. Unacceptable. What about readiness, what about system back ups, what about disaster centers like other large regionals have established. They/ he missed the mark. Who knows, maybe they will promote him back to Dallas where they let him go and sent him to us to run the company.

Isn't this a FLICA problem?

Well I’m rockin it over at the laquinta inn CLT airport, because both of my flights to and from SHV were CXLD at the last minute. Didn’t mess up my interview tho. What’s the prob over at PSA? Lack of pilots or what ?

Batting 0 for 2

Pathetic
