Default Pay Claims

I know I’m grasping for straws in some demeanor or another however I’m going to post it anyway. Obviously the holiday pay periods are over and pay claims submitted etc. Well long story short I thought I would get Holiday Pay and submitted my pay claim on the 3rd of January. It was processing/pending all the way till the 11th which was of course a denial because I changed some things from the final award, ok. So now I’m just trying to get paid any penny they’re willing to give me since I literally worked 4 whole days and even over New Years without being paid a dime for it, I didn’t break guarantee but obviously I was working and only had 9 days off for December. The pay claim was processing so long, and when it was denied I didn’t have ANY opportunity to fix it due to the claims period being closed since the 9th. If it was even just straight pay I would be overwhelmingly happy, that would be almost $800 itself and I’m just trying to save some money and now I’m not even getting paid at the least straight pay for working on my days off... totally a pathetic position, airline pilots and can’t even get paid when you make a paper work mistake one time.

This ^

It's part of the "Most Respected Regional Airline" strategy. Dirty laundry will no longer be washed on APC. Skid marks should be scrubbed at BSL.

I was just saying, there are quite a few of folks that had pay claim issues.... There’s a discussion of it going on at BSL.

By all means, I am not telling anyone to stop complaining here...

Union sanctioned but not protected under the RLA as a "town hall"
