FOs start at 49 something top out at 55something over 4 years with a 18,0000 retention bonus paid out over two years.

Year (CA)
1: 83.60
2: 85.64
3: 87.68
4: 89.72
5: 91.76
6: 93.80
7: 95.83
8: 97.88
9: 99.91
10: 101.95
11: 103.99
12: 106.03
13: 108.58
14: 111.13
15: 113.67
16: 116.23
17: 118.78
18: 121.22

Add 1% every April 1st to these rates to get the 2020 rate the 2021 rate...etc.
Rates seem to match endeavor almost perfectly...

...but envoy has flow.

Thanks. I’m about to move up to $72.46 later this month. PSA rates would have me at $89.72. That’s not insignificant. $17.26 an hour extra, when I started this career 10 years ago at $19 an hour.

We have a blended rate. It will be closer to the 7/9 rates as we only have 35 deuces left

NP, and yes I’d say it’s a big change. That’s an extra 15,000 plus a year for you. That’s a difference of buying that new car your family needs or paying off that student debt etc. this is a big deal for most people and all ALPA regionals deserve to see these rates. Thanks for priming the engine psa, time to go to work at the rest of the pilot groups. Call your reps !!!!

Yes, congratulations to you and good luck in your training. We’ll be flying with you soon enough on the line, with higher pay 😃

Do y’all still have the 12/4 caps on rates as before? I’ve seen CA rates posted up to year 18.

Pay caps still in effect for people hired late 2013 and after. Pay caps were lifted for those hired before.

I wish my airline would switch back to PBS. It was really fast to complete your bid, and MUCH easier to get the days off we wanted, than our new (old) Line Bidding system. I do realize that there are MANY flavours of PBS...
