1) current in 700/900
2) 500 tpic in same
3) 1000 in type

This is basically a recurrent for someone coming from shall we say, Mesa

Seems reasonable

Purely designed to attract Mesa pilots. Maybe some SkyWest as well but targeting Mesa. It’s a good ploy. One of my hesitations making the psa jump was Fo pay in training. Shortening that up can’t hurt. Still not going though. Give me insurance day 1 and longevity toward retirement flight benefits and we will talk though.

SkyWest folks fly a lot of CRJ 200 so they won’t be “as eligible” since they can’t count their 200 time towards this program.

Would make more sense for a regional captain if they wanted to jump ship to go to a low cost carrier or major not another regional.

They are doing 121 longevity match and will "pre-hire" you. As in, you'll be hired on January 1, but won't start until March 1. This way you can start getting paid while working elsewhere with health insurance while you wait for the initial 90 days for your PSA insurance to kick in.

Better. Still want those retirement pass priv if I don’t flow. At my age I won’t. I’ve been flying for AA anyway. Not asking for something unreasonable.

Apparently we are getting rid of Hot/Ready reserve since Endeavor did. Any truth to this?

The insurance 90 days in is a freebie because cobra is retroactive for 90 days. You can wait and see if you need it then decline if you don’t. Most people save money because they don’t have to buy insurance for 90 days and if something serious happens, can always pull trigger retroactively.
