Default ? About CA Retention Bonus

So, I opted into the new amended CA retention bonus. Last summer, I also opted to get the $30K.

Either way, we get $150K. For those that did take the $30K already, like myself, a CA since 2019, will I (we) get a $90K lump payment (I've already passed my 1 year since CA LOE ($15K), plus one year each afterwards at $40K each)? Then, there's the $25K upon flow.

Default Agreement

The agreement specifies $40,000 on the one-year anniversary starting in 2022 of their completion of IOE training as a PSA Captain OR the one-year anniversary of the payment of their Captain Bonus Payment under the August 2021 LOA or Paragraph A.5.(d).(v), WHICHEVER IS LATER

So I think we have to be a year from that first bonus to receive the $40k. The another year after that we receive the second $40k.

It also specifies we can only receive this if the PSA Captain has the required Qualifying Credit Hours in the preceding 12-month period. Anyone have any idea how to look up our qualifying credit hours for the past year?

Yeah, i saw that attachment in the union email. I upgraded in 2019, and have more than the required hours. If I understand the payout chart correctly, it looks like I'm looking at $40K a year for the next 3 years starting the first paycheck after 11/1/2022.
