Default Training Contract Nearing?

Thought this might warrant its own thread if things develop throughout the year. New AirlineApps adendum question now for PSA:
- "Is there anything that will prevent you from flying for PSA for two years following the completion of training?"

A simple and harmless question now, but deffinitely could be a sign of things to come for more regionals considering people still seem to be signing the Republic contract and how the hiring environment is evolving. My question is, what's the idea of just asking the question on the adendum in additon to any interview discussion I assume you would have? Feels like a formal step. Just thought it was an interesting addon and curious what the community thinks.

They make you pay back ATP/CTP if you leave in under 2 years. It is pro rated. That's the only constraint PSA and other AA regionals have as of now. This summer could be interesting for hiring.

Ohhh ok, I just thought it was wierd the qustion being added now and I dont remember it on any other apps. I have my ATP/CTP written done so I dont pay attention to those payback requirements too much. Thanks.

Someone posted in the ENY section that they're no longer paying for the CTP course.

It's about to get interesting out there folks.

I guess I must’ve just missed the deadline. My ATP is May 6 and mines is paid for.
