Yeah too bad that was 2 weeks ago.

A class just started today. A slim to none chance of a class next month as training will be backed up on upgrades and issuing types to current FO's. If there is it will be very small (4 or so). Definate class(es) in July.

Thanks. Hopefully more classes on july. Do you know how big is the pilot pool waiting for class date?

Eh? Actually there is this current class of 8 and then another one planned before any additional upgrades....... Upgrades will be slowed if anything not the new hires....

I had an interview a couple days back and they told us that if we get it, we will be placed in a pilot pool and then we will be selected depending on our "score during the interview". Im wondering how big is that pilot pool and how long will I have to wait for a class date.

just remember that a USAIR/AA merger is most likely going to happen sometime in the next 18 months. I would highly encourage you apply and think hard about going to a skywest unit.

Welp I'm just repeating what I was told from JB in HR and SS from flight standards.
