Anyways!! Despite the stupid pay caps for shiny new jets and selfish future security, the QOL is actually pretty good once you're a line holder. Almost any line holders can get 15 days off if you want to or credit at least 120 hours a month if you want. I think we hit a record where a junior captain credited 202 hours in December. I don't like the fact that we took pay caps either but in reality, line holding pilots here are making at least 20-30% more than your typical regionals while working the same amount.
