I'm not bitter or miserable, just making some points. I was able to credit 130+ hours every month but it appears the company might be putting an end to that (due to their manipulation of the buffers on the reserve grid). Oh well, I can upgrade and have the base of my choice. I probably wont be on reserve long considering a that of folks junior to m are upgrading. Time will tell how the ability to receive critical/premium plays out. In my opinion, the company is being very shady right now.

Hahaha, I JUST said this a couple weeks ago. "How long do you think mgmt will continue to let you guys rape them through the SAP before they put an end to it?" Y'all made your bed, now lay in it

Schedule Adjustment Period.
It allows you to drop trips and/or pick trips up. Lets say you start with close to 100 hours on a particular line, it allows you to drop a trip or two down to the minimum of 65 hours, and then pick trips up again at additional pay. |

This is exactly why I think the 8 month upgrades will not happen for people hired today. Also as they continue to hire and the upgrade gets longer there will be less and less of an incentive to go to PSA which could make things harder for them to staff I think. Rift or wrong there is a lot of negativity towards PSA so without a quick upgrade people will be less likey to go there i would think

Does anyone know if PSA will waive the 1000 hours of 121 time if a pilot has mil PIC time? Have there been any examples/experiences of this?

The Useful PSA Thread
Per the new ATP reg 500 hours of mil AC time counts towards the 1,000 121 SIC requirement.
