I've only been on property since Dec. 8th. Since then the average attrition has been ~15 per month. The Special Selection Process (SSP) isn't a flow even though everyone likes to call it that. It's a guaranteed interview with an extremely high success rate so far. LUS/LAA will fill 25% of all new hire positions per calendar year, or 4 positions per calendar month that they actually hire, whichever is less. So, it's not 4 slots per month guaranteed, but it has worked out very close to that number so far. Our Negotiating Committee is currently on day 2 of 3 trying to get those numbers increased. We'll hopefully know more about the negotiations in a week or two.
