Piedmont pilots will admit, their hiring standards are no better or worse than PSA's. Piedmont has straight flow-through with 10% flowing yearly. PSA is getting the same deal that Piedmont currently has.

I know a guy who started the other day and he was a CFI, so is it possible that they are running 1 FO class and 1 CA class per month?

What you say seems reasonable, I just wonder why he would have been in the class with no 121 time.

Not that I know of. I have a couple of buddies who interviewed around that time and were told to expect a phone call or email in a month or so. They weren't hired but they also didn't get the thanks but no thanks speech.
