At Envoy we interview for AA and don't let just anyone wear the uniform. Our interview is tough for a reason, and anybody who is hired here knows they are not just any ordinary pilot. If after all these pages, discussions, and threads you haven't been able to figure it out by now...I say just go to PSA. You deserve them and they deserve you. If on the other hand you are truly the intelligent person I hope you are..shoot me a PM and we can talk.

If you haven't been able to figure it out by now, even if that required reading between the lines, then nobody can help you. In which case, go to PSA.

The interview at Enovy is very tough. For this reason, Envoy only hires former military or corporate pilots with thousands of hours. If you are a CFI etc.. you probably want to skip Envoy and look elsewhere as the interview is designed to weed you out. You can probably fly at another regional and then come to Envoy after a year, that would probably work. It is an AA interview so you should expect to be turned down the first time. But if you make it you will be at American in about 2-3 years from what cujo said.
Good Luck!
