Thanks for the intel. Are those rates protected by the CBA or are they subject to change at the company's whim? My current airline's medical package has gotten more expensive with worse coverage every year I've been here, essentially eating up every annual step increase.

Fortunately I'm mid 20's and single, with no desire for a family in the near or mid term future. I will miss my current plan though, it's great. Employer pays 75% of the premiums as well, although I've only used my insurance once. I'm a fit guy who is active and eats right, hopefully my good health will continue for decades to come...
I also have a supportive family who will help out if/when I need it, no student debt and only a car loan of 200/mo.
