PSA has had numerous changes in the MEC. Between the flow and outside attrition (The MEC Chair from the last contract is at Delta now), it is almost all new now.

If the MEC simply files a grievance and allows the company to do as they please for a year or more, (like the critical pay grievance which continues to pend month-after-month-after-month), then they really are the feckless knuckleheads that everyone outside of PSA says they are.
