Not good, but also not much if any affect at all. The reason is because there aren't many foreigners beating down the doors to make $30,000 flying RJs over here in the first place.

When PSA was growing I heard and read several comments about the Eastern accents a lot of their new pilots seemed to have, as if it were some kind of problem. At the same time, OP, if you are looking for some kind of safe space, you are looking in the wrong industry. Be professional, friendly, and do your job and you'll be fine pretty much anywhere. But to answer your question: SkyWest, PSA, Commutair, and Piedmont are probably better choices to find what you seek. They are junior, more diverse carriers.
