Yeah, that rumor has been floating for a while. Who the hell knows. All I know is that "new" CRJs keep showing up on the ramp.

Anyway thanks to everyone for the tons of help. Had it not been for APC I would have gone to gulfstream. Wasn't till I got yelled at here for asking that I decided not to lol. Yes it feels good to have the next step figured out. Thanks for the positive support and I'm sure sooner or later I'll run into a few of you. As far as bases ect. I'm in the desert for a reason and that was job progression and I have no issues with moving around somewhere else for the company. I was just wishing Houston but will do whatever they need. I can't remember who asked my class date it's April 5th so I'm only 10 days away now. The only reason I posted what happened is because I had a few people sending me PM's wanting to know so I just tossed it out there.

Phase out the CRJ? We don't even have most of them yet. Our Corpus Christi CRJ base insn't even open until April. Phasing "in" is more like it.

 

Hrmmm. Well they asked me if I wanted Houston and I said, "Yes mam that would be great but I'll do whatever the company needs" and she said "ok well we have a class on April 5th for the 145 so congradulations". I thought she was telling me I'd get houston. Oh well the important things are I'm in.

 

Congrats man. Welcome aboard. I'm in Denver right now and my checkride is at 8 in the morning (I really need to get to bed!!) They've been spreading around the 170, 145, and 200 according to what they need that day apparently. Equipment doesn't really matter for us FO's...it's all about getting your seniority number. You can get the equipment you want in less than 2 years when we upgrade. Congrats again.
