2007 - 15%
2008 - 10%
2009 - 10%

Nothing will happen until the operational quality of airlines dives into non-repairable oblivion and management sees huge attrition among the ranks. Only then will they step up to the plate and induce new hire application completion with increased salaries. The employee will see right past the signing bonus at the larger picture.

All it takes is one airline to raise pay and the others will HAVE to follow.
