SAAB I wouldn't count on that. From what I've heard they are expanding in IAH and Corpus.

The Info he has came from a Higher up last night during a conference call. Looking at projections. Again i say projections because its all educated forcasting. ANd he was talking long term. One thing you will learn real quick in the Airline Business is dont believe anything till you see it. That goes for both sides of the fence.FWIW

We have a good size chunk of flying that starts next month with 145 for CAL. This will ease some of the pressure off of the CRJ and bring the numbers up. I will be heading to IAH with bells and whistles next month.

when TSA goes out of business next month, CHQ might have a good opportunity at getting some more 145s.

Unlike some of my co-workers, I actually don't blame the pilot group, but the CAL marketing department for setting you guys up for failure on some of the routes. I don't know who came up with this ridiculous idea of replacing an XR with a CRJ200 on routes like IAH-MSP or IAH-COS. I do give you guys credit for trying and hope things get better for ya'll.

I'm kind of hoping CHQ gets all the flying out of IAH for CAL. Then I hope XJT's flying completely takes off on the branded stuff and they begin getting bigger.

THEN and only then will Saab **** about regionals stealing flying.

I heard that CHQ was doing just fine out of IAH, but it is from an unreliable source.

Well, your source is wrong CHQ has cost CAL thousands upon thousands of dollars in lost revenue, its a fact there ol' buddy. I dont blame the pilots, but what doe sit really matter the CHQ CAL operation is a mess, by the way nice job flying a Continental Express plane for Delta Connection......haha what an embarrassment.

We are taking back more than a few of CHQ's routes
