Default Negativity in the cockpit

Come on man. Don't be the guy who drops his stuff on the seat and immediately goes off with f-bombs and such about how the company sucks and won't stop for four days. I get it. I'm not a koolaide drinker and I'm at the same company. But give it a rest. We need to brief, run checklists and fly the stupid airplane at some point. Oh, and no. You're not "laid back in the cockpit." I don't think you know what that means... if it has any meaning at all.
And quit complaining so loud in the terminal, dropping f-bombs and other swear words, that I have to hustle you off to a corner so the passengers stop staring.
And yeah, I get it. Your old company did everything right and this company does everything wrong. Well, not really. Your old company had issues as well. I knew many pilots who worked there. So please can it. Their gone man. Let it go.
And that LCA doing a line check? Yeah, he's doing his job and he's a pretty good dude. Stop giving him crap, open your ears and maybe consider some of his constructive criticism. I've even learned things from FO's and you can too if you listen more than you talk.
And yeah, you've had a tougher road since your still an FO. But I never thought I'd be a 20-year regional captain watching younger FO's get the call. It happens. Your chances of moving on with an attitude like that are diminished. I think that mainline jump seater we had just sent a note to his HR department. "Do NOT hire this dude."

Sounds like the guy 2 weeks ago at the D gates in LGA *****ing to anyone and everyone that dispatch filed him to PHL at 6000'.
C'mon man and take the 30 pieces of "flair" off your tie too. I know 15 pieces is the minimum but you look like a fool.

It was so cringeworthy!
After going on and on to the crews that were there, he then bitc$ed to the gate agents and then the passengers. What a scene he was making.

If it was truly as big a scene as you describe and in front of the passengers, don’t just complain here on an anonymous forum, call pro stans. Someone behaving like that degrades the profession. I hope you said something to him as well.

Anybody who's "stuck" as a regional FO should be doing it by choice (I know some, mil retirement, hubby flies for FDX, etc).

If you've been a regional FO more than a couple years and can't upgrade, take a DEC job, then hopefully move on to the bigs.

If you think you can career progress and maintain your schedule/QOL along the way you're delusional.
