Yep!! Everyone made it to the sim after passing the test and panel interview. The sim ride was nice, that was my first time in a level D so I was blown away by all that automation, I flew pretty well to, I think, kept the GS and LOC at about a 2 dot deflection, that was my 1st time mind you, so if I get the call, I'm know I am going to live in that level D.

everyone passed?

Here's the scoop on the latest round of interviews. The email I recieved said that the written quiz that will be given is new and therefore will not be available on any gouge sites. Study up! I assume that it will be material taken from the ATP test prep. I will post as soon as I see it first hand next week.

The sim portion of the interview is fun. But trust me when you get to the actual sim training by lesson 2 you will hate it. And by lesson 5-6 you will completely loath the walk from the briefing room to sim. Good times, enjoy!

Hey our group of 18 got the same thing. STUDY THOSE GOUGES ON AVIATION INTERVIEWS .COM and you will be fine. But just in case..... know your stuff.

All 18? Wow! That's great! Hopefully the May 9th interviews will go the same way. Anyone else scheduled for May 9th? My email also said that it would be a new test and there would be no gouge, so I've been studying everything--but still retaining the gouge. Good luck to all!

What's wrong with Wilburs'? I had there buffet there, it was good.

You ate the buffet? And lived to tell the tale?

You are one lucky fellow.

Don't press your luck. If you eat at wilburs there are cramps and stomch pain in your future.

Of Course, but the standard was full scale. They wanted to see if you are trainable and since that was my first time ever in a level D I thought it was passable. (Was also told that by a H.R. rep, who kept asking me if I ever flown a jet before, said I was pretty smooth on the controls and the check airmen said on my evaluation that I was DEFINELTY TRAINABLE.) What they are looking for is to see if you are TRAINABLE, NOT PERFECTION. My own standards are dead on, fly the iron cross etc....so while that would have been a go around for sure, I was merely demonstrating my techniques up to that point.

Why don't you apply at PSA and tell us how you did?? :)
