Why chase money at the regionals? You should go to whatever will get you to a major quickest.

All the regionals with maybe the exception of expressjet are pretty close in terms of overall attrition and time to upgrade now. Nowadays the only major difference from airline to airline is pay and QOL rules. Might as well make the most money and/or have the best QOL while you serve your prison sentence at the regionals.

I'd argue:
Endeavor
Republic

Skywest

I’ve heard Republic only pays straight time for open time, while Endeavor is 150%.

That's probably Endeavor as well too.

Yup. Open time is straight pay unless it’s flagged as yellow or red flag. I’ve never seen yellow or red flag. Ever. Some folks are pretty good at wheeling and dealing with scheduling. Far too much effort for me since I commute from the west coast.

Yikes! Endeavor has lately only been doing 200% for the 2-3 days after each major IROP.

Lol. Pretty much everyone has gray movement. Why wouldn't you go somewhere that offers better pay as well?

By the way, this attitude is literally why the Mesas of the industry still exist.

Mesa is offering big bonuses and is high up there on pay so I don't know what you mean by that.

Some places you will be on reserve longer than others, the difference can be a year or more to reach 1000tpic at one regional vs another.

Mesa and "high up there on pay" should not be uttered in the same sentence...

;)

Do they not get 300% anymore? You could make quite a lot with a 50k bonus and picking up time at 300%
