We used to call that "Four Day Grey".

I change shirts every two days... and I do 1-2 leg days in plane that has good AC, doesn't drip oil on me, and is tall enough not to grease my shirt on the walk around. If you're not sweating a lot you can touch-up iron your shirt and keep wearing it, but the problem is that the iron will tend to "lock in" any small stains you may have accumulated, especially grease. Once ironed in, even Shout won't get them out.

Quality shirts hold a crease beyond 4 days. I'm on the ERJ but I never pulled out the spare in my year on the CRJ either. My shirts still look crisp and clean at the end of a trip.

Do they make any decent wrinkle resistant pilot shirts? If not, this stuff works well.

Yes. Plenty of manufacturers make quality wrinkle-free shirts.

Is that what you wear?

My feelings are hurt now.

Hotel irons never touch my shirt anymore. Even ‘clean’ irons have ruined my shirt. Now I only let the shower steam get the wrinkles out. Works great and no hassle.
Also, I wear 2 shirts per 4 day and 1 pair of pants.

Which manufacturers have the best wrinkle free shirts?

You can clean an iron by blowing steam into a towel for a few minutes, so there's that.

That said, the shower steam trick works wonders, but you do have to give it time to work -- I find at least 10 minutes is required.

I travel with a mini steamer. Gets a shirt ready in like 2 minutes, and doesn’t take any room in the suitcase. Same result as a shower steam but much faster.

I’ll stick with the shower steam, thanks.
