What a joke. Is this for real?

Wow... I read their info on wikipedia.. Thats just what the industry needs. Poorly trained flight attendants earning 9 bucks per FLIGHT hour w/ no per diem peddling SKYjunk to the unfortunate captive audience. I'll bet they won't have any trouble hiring from GOJET! Airbus time baby!

Someone told me that they expect the flight crews to pay for the drinks (even water) they drink during the flights!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skybus_Airlines

They plan on being cheaper than southwest by 25%. Flight attendats get to split 10% of the flights revenue. So lets assume the have 10 passengers at $10 per person. Thats big money those flight attendants are going home with

QUOTE

"In order to keep wages in line with their projected low fares, flight attendants will only be paid $9 per flight hour, and will not be paid per diem. While this is considerably lower than competing airlines' wages, flight attendants will also receive 10% of all sales made during the flight, splitting all commissions evenly among all flight attendants on-board."

Ex used-car salesmen anyone?

How are they going to stay in business when you can fly Round-Trip from Columbus to Burbank for $105????? That's unreal.
