Don’t waste your time. The “non-flow” guys are completely illogical when it comes to the benefit of the flow.

The argument can be made that if you're not military and your daddy doesn't golf with Doug or Robert, a WO/flow is your best chance for AA if that's THEEE job you desire.
I'm not a huge supporter of the flow nor do I cheerlead for AA, but the numbers are against the Joe Schmoe if he really wants those AA wings.

From the numbers that I’ve seen, of the roughly 500 new hires that AA had in the first half of 2019, about 45% were OTS.
Of those, less than 15% had a civilian only background.
Of those, I know of at least 2-3 that were hired from PSA outside the flow. No idea what the numbers are like from the other WO’d carriers.
