How long does it take to be hold DCA? Has this changed in recent years or will it change in the near future?

It's what you make of it. Depends who you're dealing with, my experience has been great. A little bit, it hasn't. In the future. Never.

It changes from time to time. But right now FOs are getting DCA about 1 month after training.

How hard would it be to get TYS as a new hire?

Delphin 07-17-2019 07:18 AM

I will probably be applying to PSA in the next month or so and I'm accepting offers from current pilots to split the referral bonus. So far the best offer I have is 60% me 40% him. If you'd like to offer something better, please PM me.

Good luck with the hiring process!! Hope to see you on the line. If you have any questions or concerns PM me.

According to the most recent data, you could hold TYS about 5 months after hire date. It takes 10 months to hold a line. So you might not get TYS right out of training but you could bid for it your first bidding cycle and by the time you get awarded TYS you would be able to hold LCR. But that could change for the better or for the worst.

I’ll give you 100% of the referral bonus if you give me 100% of your new hire bonus.

In all honesty you’re embarrassing yourself. Too bad you can’t delete this post.
