This guy sounds like he’d be the absolute worst captain to fly with.

He actually not a bad person to fly with, don’t always judge a person based on their APC posts...

I've had great mentors throughout my career and at this company. My goal here is to just pay it forward, which I have been given the opportunity to do for multiple candidates through this platform. I've mentored a handful of new hires through the interview, training, IOE and post training processes. I enjoy sharing my experience in addition to the pros and cons that come with PSA to help a newcomer make the best decision they can when it comes to picking a Regional. It's hard coming into the 121 world without previous 121 experience.

I've had the opportunity to meet some great people at PSA who continue to mentor me and who have great resources available to them, whether they be in the CP office, Union Reps, Check Airman or in the HR department.

Please don't turn this thread a dumpster fire, I'm just here to try and help people who are in the position I was 3 years ago coming from 14 years of "non 121 flying".

So anyways, my offer stands. If you would like to ask me any questions, my phone is on and I'd be happy to help answer any questions and try to explain to you why or why not PSA might be a good fit for you moving forward.

:)

What's reserve like at PSA? How is the relationship between Schedulers and Pilots? How has the new pay impacted attrition and projected flow times? When is PSA opening a DFW base? When is TYS closing?
