What a joke

Same response I got 4 months ago when I said DECs were on the horizon for XJT. At the time the upgrade had just dropped from 7 years to 4. But it’s all good. Like I said. Wait and see.

I’m trying to make sense of why TSA & GoJet aren’t currently involved in the Aviate program. I don’t know TSA’s contractual status with UAL, but GoJet just signed a 10-year deal with UAL so it doesn’t seem to be related to UAL’s commitment to these regionals. Is the flow that TSA and GoJet have to Frontier complicating or outright preventing TSA and GoJet’s participation in Aviate somehow? Other thoughts?

I wonder when the TSH (GoJet/TSA) & Frontier flow agreement ends. At this point, probably can’t end fast enough for GoJet/TSA; nothing against F9, but the inability to join Aviate seems like it’d be a major hinderance in recruiting for the TSH companies.

Alternatively, I also find it a deterrent for going to TSA because I consider F9 a realistic option and they won't hire outside of the flow.

They can't. That would open the floodgates for current pilots to get out, especially considering TSA has a DEN base and F9 was practically hiring anyone with an ATP not long ago. TSH wouldn't be able to staff for attrition at either airline.

The F9 flow at the TSH airlines is a trap for current pilots, not an incentive for new ones.

There is no Hogan on for Aviate. There is a leadership assessment that you take in Denver on interview day.

You will take the Hogan in Denver. There is no difference between the off the street interview and the Aviate interview if you employed by a UAX carrier.

Yeah not sure why they went through the hoops of telling us it was something different. 100 percent just the hogan

Does the Aviate program require a degree? If not, does an applicant get an unbiased interview providing that they pass the Hogan, or are they up against some long odds getting a job offer without one?

I was told interview results will come in batches and start after the new year.

A degree is not required but it is very clear that if you dont have one you must have a very impressive resume. Chief Pilot being an example
